Post-Construction Termite Anti-Termite Service Method

Chemical Barrier System

The purpose of this treatment is to place chemical barriers in the soil and around the foundation (Barrier Chemicals) so that termites cannot climb and this method can also kill worker termites and queens in the soil at the same time.

• Spot Spraying Ceiling

Spraying termite-proof liquid on ceilings, frames, frames, and ceiling surfaces made of wood.

• Spot Spraying Sills & Furniture

Spraying termite-repellent liquid on the back of furniture that is in direct contact with the wall and on the wooden frame where there are signs of termites.

Termite Baiting System

• Above Ground Station

Above-ground or indoor termite baits are performed on non-sprayable furniture or wooden properties, such as parquet or wooden furniture made of NDF, which will be damaged if sprayed.

• In Ground Station

In Ground Station is a way of eradicating termites by using a feed system installed outside the building. Termites will eat the wooden bait at the station in the ground and then walk back to the nest to share the bait with other termites. If termites have eaten bait wood, they will be replaced with chlorfluazuron which is Exterra’s poison.

If the termite has eaten 2/3 of the bait wood it will be added again with the new Exterra poison, and so on until the termite stops eating the bait and the termite colony will die by itself.
